Simplicity 2501; ca. 1948; MISSE’S ONE-PIECE DRESS: The dart fitted bodice is styled with a high, round neckline slashed in front. The softly flared skirt is seamed at either side of the center front and back seams. Style 1 has a cape which joins to the neckline and a self or purchased belt may be used to finish the dress. In Style 2, the sleeve is made of three folds. A pleated cummerbund of contrasting fabric is featured.
