Simplicity 2516; ca. mid to late 1930s; MISSES’ AND WOMEN’S AFTERNOON FROCK. Style I has a blouse which is gathered from the shoulders and above the pointed line at the skirt. Turn-over collar, and short puff sleeves, gathered to a band. Flared skirt with a panel front and back. Style II has a tied neckline, and long bishop sleeves which are gathered to a straight cuff. Transfer designs included.
