Short or three quarter length set-in sleeves. Skirt features the new low circular flounce. The blouse buttons down the back.
Featured in October 1937 Simplicity Fashion Forecast, which says: "high neckline and novel yoke treatment are outstanding" and "circular fulness in a flounce below knee."
