Simplicity 2592; ©1948; Girls' Skirt: The flared skirt is seamed down the center front and back and joins to a waistband. Ruffling trims the lower edge of Style 1 and a cummerbund finishes Style 2. In Style 3, the peplums join to the skirt front and belt carriers finish the waistband. The suspenders, in Style 4, are stitched to the shaped waistband in front and cross and button in back.
