Simplicity 2651; ca. 1930s; Misses’ Dress. Style I has draped neckline with gathers from under arm, and fitted mid-section. Set in long or bracelet length sleeves. Two-piece, flared skirt. Style II has “V” neckline with gathers on shoulder. Dropped shoulders form short sleeves. Neckline and sleeves are finished with pleated frill.
