Simplicity 2686; ©1948; Child's One-Piece Dress in Two Lengths: The back-buttoning bodice joins the dirndl skirt at the natural waistline under corded piping. Tie ends, stitched at the side, for a soft back bow. Lace edging is used to trim the bodice and skirt ruffles. Style 1 features a scooped-out neckline. Style 2 has a high, rounded neckline and puffed sleeves.
