Misses Nightgown

Simplicity 2690; ©1949; Misses' Nightgown: The bias-cut skirt oins the gathered bodice above the natural waistline in front. The scooped-out neckline is finished with ruffling. Tie ends join in the side seams and form a soft back bow. In Style 1, the net ruffle is trimmed with beading through which ribbon is inserted. In Style 2, a self ruffle, outlined with lace, accents the neck and lower edge. Ribbon bows are tacked to the skirt ruffling.
