Simplicity 1949 2821

Simplicity 2821; ©1949; Child's Dress in Two Lengths: The shirred skirt joins the fitted bodice at the natural waistline. A scalloped bertha collar finishes the bodice. In Styles 1 and 2, a wide scalloped section trims the lower edge of the skirt. Tie ends form a back bow. Style 1, the floor length party dress, is trimmed with lace edging. In Style 2 the bertha and lower skirt section are in contrast to the dress.
