Simplicity 2856; ca. 1949; Girls' One Piece Dress and Panties: The fitted bodice has a front yoke trimmed with a ruffled edge which extends to the back armhole. The dirndl skirt features self piping at the waistline. Lace edging trims the leg edges of the panties. Style 1 has a tiny puffed sleeve. In style 2, the yoke and upper skirt section are in contrast. Ruffling is featured between the upper and lower skirt sections. Tie ends form a self bow.
