Simplicity 2892; ca. 1949; Child's Playsuit, Shorts, Bolero and Bonnet: The shorts button in front, diaper-style, and have elastic in back waistline casing. Extend front with bib to create playsuit. Suspenders button to the bib, then cross and button in back. The cropped jacket is faced, with drop shoulders and single button closing at neckline. Bonnet has large brim and crown that buttons in back. Corded piping trims the seam and tie ends fasten under the chin. Your choice to trim all edges with lace or rick-rack.
