Simplicity 2902; ©1949; Misses' One-Piece Dress with Transfer Included: Extended shoulders and a scooped-out neckline are features of the dart-fitted bodice. A large pocket on the right side is caught in the seams of the six-gored skirt. In Style 1 a purchased cummerbund may be worn and the bodice is in contrast. In Style 2 scallops trim the neckline, armhole edges and upper edges of the pocket. Embroidery is used as trimming and a self or purchased belt circles the waist.
