Simplicity 2911; ©1949; Girl's Pinafore: The neckline of the dart-fitted bodice, scooped-out in front, and cut low and square in back, is trimmed with ruffling and bound in self-fabric. A back-button closing in the bodice continues into the skirt which has a lap opening. Pockets in the skirt seam at the right side are featured. Style 1 has an embroidered ruffle with beading and ribbon trim. Buttons trim the bodice darts. Style 2 has a self-fabric ruffle. Girls' sizes 7 through 14. Sizes 1 through 6 were issued as Simplicity 2913.
