Simplicity 2930 1949 Child skirt is gathered to the bodice in back and on either side of a center front inset panel. Corded piping trims the waistline seam, and tie ends, coming from the side seams, form a bow in back. Short, puffed sleeves finished with cuffs are features of the back buttoned bodice. In Style 1 scallops outline the front inset. The neckline is finished with a collar scalloped in front and trimmed with a tiny bow. In Style 2 lace edging trims the front inset and outlines the bound, square neckline.
