Simplicity2932

Simplicity 2932; ca. 1938; Misses' Daytime and Dancing Gown: A gay deceiver is this stunning dress! Wear it for dancing. With its Empire waistline, slimming skirt and attractive decolletage. For dining, don the redingote or brief overblouse: both button down the front and have pert tie collars. The redingote has a corseted waist, billowing skirt and short sleeves. The overblouse has balloon sleeves, caught at the wrist. In its shorter length, these latter combinations are ideal for late afternoon wear.
