Simplicity 2961; ca. 1939; Women's Dress and Jacket. Topped by a smart jacket, this slimming frock has a chic rever collar outlining the V neck; the graceful jabots are cleverly placed. Skirt is pleated at front, joins bodice at waistline; the full sleeves are bracelet length, gathered to pointed cuffs. The hiplength jacket has long, loose sleeves.
