Simplicity 2971; ©1949; Misses' One-Piece Dress: The dart-fitted bodice is styled with a notched collar. A fly-front closing, extending into the easy flared skirt, ends at the hipline. Large shaped patch pockets finish the skirt. Style 1 has three-quarter sleeves, slit at the lower edge and fastened with link buttons. Top-stitching is used as trimming. In Style 2 short sleeves are featured. Three simulated buttonholes with buttons finish the upper edge of each pocket. Saddle stitching is used as trimming.
