Simplicity 2980 front

Simplicity 2980; ca. 1939; Misses' Dress. For your important social activities, choose either of these frocks. Style I bodice buttons at front; its heart-shaped neckline is achieved by ribbon loops, which hold each side. Set-in sleeves are short. Style II bodice is tucked at front to fit the waist; neck is high, finished with a collar and caught at front with an ornament; sleeves are long. BOTH styles have full-in-front skirts joining bodice at waistline.

Featured in February 1939 Simplicity advertising booklet.
