Simplicity 3021; ca. 1939; Junior Misses' and Misses' Skirt and Blouse. Reminiscent of the ninties is this delightful frock. The fitted blouse buttons down the front, has a V neckline. It may be worn with buttoned patch pockets. Sleeves are long or short. Skirt is full, finished with a belt at waistline. The rick rack accent lends a gay note.
