Simplicity 3029; ca. 1939; MISSES’ BLOUSE, SKIRT AND BOLERO. This smart ensemble has a blouse, which has a tie collar and short set-in sleeves; the front opening may be bound and closed with buttons, or slide fastened. It is equally effective in contrast or a bordered print. Skirt has a high waist and soft, flaring lines. It may be slide fastened at each side. Bolero has rounded revers, short or long sleeves.
