Simplicity 3037; ©1939; MISSES’ SKIRT AND JACKET. A smart suit is a “must” in one’s wardrobe. This one has a mannish notched collar and one-button closing. You may use either patch or welt pockets. Sleeves are set-in, made in two sections, and are button-trimmed. Skirt has an inverted pleat at front, is finished with a belt at waistline.
