Simplicity 3042

Simplicity 3042; ©1949; Misses' Slip Including Transfer for Embroidery: Darts fit the bodice which dips to a point at the skirt seam. The skirt is cut on the bias and joins the bodice above the natural waistline. Lace trims the upper edge of the bodice and lower edge of the skirt in Style 1. The top in Style 2 is finished with bias binding and trimmed with embroidery. A narrow hem edges the skirt.
