Simplicity 3099; ©1950; Misses' Jacket: The dart-fitted jacket, styled with an inverted pleat in back, has long sleeves and a pointed collar. Patch pockets edged with flaps and a five-button front closing are featured. Jackets may be lined or unlined. In Style 1, cuffs edge the sleeves. Breast pockets with turn-down flaps trim the jacket. Top-stitching or saddle-stitching is used as trimming in Style 2 and a self or purchased belt may be used at the waistline.
