Simplicity 3104; ca. late 1930s; Misses' Dress. A frock designed to make you younger! The low neckline is shirred at each side, finished with a binding. Bodice moulds the figure, joins the flared and paneled skirt at waistline. Sleeves may be short or long. The detachable vestee and sleeve puffs are a gay and unusual note. Vestee is shirred on a drawstring, which is bowed at front. Sleeve puffs are shirred on elastic.

Featured in June 1939 Simplicity Fashions Prevue: "A 'Simple to Make' Dress with detachable vestee and puff sleeves. Sizes 12 to 20."
