Simplicity 3131; ©1950; Teen Age Two-Piece Suit with Detachable Collar and Blouse: The blouse, styled with a back button closing, has a high round neckline. A patch pocket may dress the blouse front. Buttons trim the short sleeves which have a pleat at the sides. A deep inverted pleat in front adds fullness to the four gored skirt. The small pointed collar is cut in one with the dart fitted jacket. Long sleeves are featured and a lining may be used. A detachable collar is worn over the self collar. Style 1 skirt has two oversize patch pockets with pointed flaps. The skirt in style 1 has one flap-trimmed patch pocket.
