Simplicity 3136, undated, estimate late 1930s. MISSES' DRESS: This delightful frock will be a happy addition to your wardrobe. Both styles feature a flaring paneled skirt, joined to a rounded waist yoke at front. Style I shows a buttoned front bodice finished with a contrasting Peter Pan collar. Bias fold tape and self frilling are chic accents. Short sleeves are finished to complement collar. Style II is slide fastened at front. A low neckline, with broad revers, is shown. Long sleeves.
