Simplicity 3140; ca. 1939. Be either feminine or tailored with these frocks. Style 1 has dainty frilled beading, thru which ribbon is drawn, outlining square neckline. Unpressed pleats are in skirt front. Bodice joins skirt at waist; short sleeves. Style 2 is laced at front; contrasting collar and belt are shown. Three quarter sleeves.
