Simplicity 3140; ca. 1950; Misses' One-Piece Dress: The dart-fitted bodice is enhanced by a low square neckline and a pointed collar. A softly pleated, four-gored skirt joins the bodice at the waistline. Style 1 has a notch at the center front seam of the bodice and three-quarter set-in sleeves with pointed cuffs. In Style 2 buttons trim the front seam of the bodice and a fabric covered corded belt forms a soft bow in front. The sleeves are short.
