Simplicity 3146; ca. 1939; Misses' Two-Piece Dress. An irresistable frock for the fashion wise miss! Blouses of all three styles button at front and gather to the epaulette shoulders of the sleeves. Skirts flare from the waist-slimming belt. Style I is collarless; a contrasting belt and three-quarter sleeves are shown. Style II has short sleeves, a small collar finishing neck, and a patch pocket. Style III has long full sleeves; it is worn open at neck.
