Simplicity 3180; 1950s; Child's one-piece dress and panties. The back buttoned bodice, styled with a high rounded neckline is fitted with inside tucks at the back waistline. Short puffed sleeves and a shaped front yoke are featured. The dirndl skirt is joined to the bodice by a welt seam and tie ends coming from the side seams form a bow in back. In Style 1 horizontal pin tucks trim the yoke and circle the skirt. Lace edges the yoke seam and sleeves and bias binding finishes the neckline. In Style 2 a self ruffle bands the yoke which is in contrast to the dress. Elastic casings at the waistline and leg openings fit the brief panties.

Reissued in 2018 as Simplicity 8617.
