Simplicity 3211; 1930s; Child's Dress and Panties. Any of these frocks will delight the young miss. Frock boasts Princess lines, has a high neckline and short sleeves. Style I and II are distinguished by the flaring epaulets at shoulders. Style I and III neckline are finished with small collar and bows; openings close with buttons at front. Style II is collarless; bows close front. Braid or bias fold tape trims epaulets. Panties gather to elastic at waistline.
