Simplicity 3247; ca. 1939; Misses "Simple to Make" Evening Dress. Dress is made with short puffed sleeves and a gracefully flared skirt. Style I gathers at the neckline which forms a ruffle. The blouse joins the fitted waist yoke with a cluster of gathers. The back is button trimmed and finished at the waistline with a large bow. Style II features contrast of lace or net which trims the neckline and skirt.
