Simplicity 3316

Simplicity 3316; ©1940; Misses' and Women's Skirts: Style I, bias cut with seams at sides. Joined to skirt belt. Skirt in two lengths. Style II, six-gore skirt with welt pockets at top of front seams. Joins to skirt belt which has carriers for a narrow belt to pass through.
