Simplicity 3451; ©1940; Misses' Dress in Two Lengths. Blouse is attached to a three-piece yoke. Style I, yoke and two-piece collar is trimmed with ruffling. Style II yoke may be trimmed with rick-rack braid; neck is worn collarless. Long sleeves are perforated for short. Short puff sleeves are also provided. A two-piece yoke joins blouse and four-piece skirt, gathered in front. Style I shorter skirt is cut thru, trimmed with ruffling; the lower part made of contrasting fabric. Style II is long skirt which may be trimmed with rick-rack braid. Style III short dress with long sleeves.
