Simplicity 3478; ca. early 1940s; Girls' Two-Piece Dress. Skirt is side pleated, forming box pleat at center front and inverted pleat at center back; back finished with belt. Blouse, long or short sleeves gathered in armhole. Attached or detachable collar and cuffs. Patch pockets are optional; front edges of blouse finished with a buttoned band.
