Simplicity 3579; ca. 1960s; Junior and Misses' Overblouse, Skirt and Jacket: Slim skirt has left side zipper and vent at lower edge of center back seam. Overblouse has back button closing and an opening at lower edge of front waistline darts. Lined jacket has flap trim and braid or top-stitching trim.
