GIRLS' DRESS. Skirt is gathered at center front, seamed to blouse at waistline. Three-quarter, or short sleeve, gathered in armhole; the latter, pleated in at lower edge and finished with a cuff. Contrasting collar and cuffs are attached or detachable; in Style I, trimmed with purchased ruffing Style I is also trimmed with ribbon sewed to blouse front; Style II, with patch pockets.
