Simplicity 3604; ca. 1960; Junior and Misses' Two-Piece Dress with Two Skirts: Top (both views) has opening and pointed, buttoned band at front neck edge, collar, below elbow length set-in sleeves and top-stitching detail. V. 1 has self fabric tie belt. Skirt has pressed pleats which are stitched above hipline. V. 2 top has welt trim. Slim skirt has darts at waistline and back kick pleat. A Simplicity Primer pattern.
