Simplicity 3689; ©1940; Misse' & Women's Accessory Dress. Yoke is formed by bringing back shoulder edge forward. Front of blouse seamed part way when vestees are to be used; otherwise closed with concealed slide fastener. Skirt in 10 sections. Sleeves darted in armhole; long sleeves gathers into a cuff; short sleeve has tucks at lower edge. Vestees: with collar, with buttons down the front, with bow; all have elastic around waist.
