- circa 1960, Simplicity 3693 Toddler's Blouse, Top and Pants (Transfer included): Blouse has set-in sleeves. V. 1 has contrasting collar and long sleeves gathered into contrasting wristbands. V. 2 and 3 short sleeves have turn back cuffs. Pants (all views) have elastic at back waistline, suspenders and opening at each side. Inner leg seams may button or close with hammer on metal fasteners. Top has square front neckline and back button closing. V. 1 and 2 have contrasting pockets and embroidery and applique trim. V. 3 has rick-rack trim. 14 pattern pieces and transfer.
