Simplicity 3721; ca. early 1940s; Misses' Dress. The blouse is shirred in front and back to a yoke which is seamed on the shoulders. The neck is finished with a two-piece collar and fastens in back with a slide fastener or buttons. The skirt, shirred to a yoke, joins blouse at waistline under a belt. Made with short sleeves or long sleeves finished with a wrist band.
