Simplicity 3801; ©1952; Teenage Bolero and Skirt: The pert bolero is fashioned with a shawl collar. Two buttons close the front. Topstitching trim is optional. Bolero, View 1, has long kimono sleeves with a slit opening at the lower seam edge. View 2: three quarter kimono sleeves. The full skirt is softly pleated at the waistline at side, front and back. Pockets are concealed in the side front seams.
