Simplicity 3931; ca. 1941; Misses' and Women's Dress. This is an ideal dress for town or informal dining out. The graceful surplice bodice gathers to a shaped inset at the left side to create a wasplike waistline. The skirt is amply gathered in front, and meets the bodice below the natural waistline. Sleeves may be long and fitted, or short. View 2 adds a bias collar.
