Simplicity 3952; ©1941; Misses' and Women's Dress. This is a "Mother and Daughter Fashion". For Daughter's dress see Simplicity 3951. This becoming princes dress has unusually smart details. Style I, made with long fitted sleeves, has pleated patch pockets finished with turn-over flaps and a button. Style II has brave-looking epaulets and comfortable short sleeves. The waistline in both views is neatly belted and the V-shaped yoke is finished with top-stitching in back and front. The turn-over collar may be detachable. In Style I the front opening may be secured with loops and buttons or with a slide fastener. The neck opening in Style II is finished with a slide fastener.
