Simplicity 3977; ©1941; Misses' and Women's Dress: Bright, gay bands of colorful embroidery or eyelet embroidered bands may be used to trim the round neckline, three-quarter sleeves and the softly flared hem of Style I. The simple bodice is gathered to the skirt at the natural waistline, under a belt. Style II is finished with short sleeves and without embroidery.
