(c) 1941. MISSES' AND WOMEN'S DRESS. Smooth yokes trim the shoulders, and the bodice is softly gathered at the neckline in a new, square effect, and trimmed with a ribbon bow. A cluster of gathers is introduced at the center front of the skirt which meets the bodice at the natural waistline, under a self-fabric belt. Sleeves may be long and fitted, or comfortably short.
