Simplicity 4072; ca. 1942; Misses and Women's Dress: In style I, the detachable collar of appliqued lace is daintily feminine and lace edging trims the short sleeves. A detachable peplum flares below the waistline. In style II the neckline is finished with a small, tailored collar and buttons travel to the waistline. Inserted pockets trim the bodice front. The skirt has an easy flare and meets the bodice at the natural waistline under a narrow belt. The sleeves are long and fitted.
