Simplicity 4081; ca. 1942; Misses' and Women's One-Piece Dress. The bodice front is gathered to forward shoulder seams that suggest smooth yokes. In Style I the front closing is buttoned to the waistline, and a smart notched collar trims the neckline. The skirt, generously gathered at the center front, meets the bodice at the natural waistline under a narrow belt. In Style II, the collar-trimmed, plunge neckline descends to the one-button closing. Choose three-quarter length or short sleeves.
