Simplicity 4151; ca. 1961; Sub-Teens' Skirt, Bandstand Skirt and Kilt in Two Lengths: Kilts V.1 and 2 have pressed pleats and purchased or self fringe. Large decorative safety pin trims front. V.1 street length kild features pleats topstitched above hip line. V.2 is short length. V.3 and 4 have 6 gores and left side zipper closing. Blet is purchased. V. 3 is street length. V.4 bandstand skirt is short length and has button trim.
