Simplicity 4152; ca. 1961; Child's Yoked Smock and Drawstring Smock with Transfer: V. 1 and 2 smock is gathered to yoke and has back button closing. Long set-in sleeves have elastic in casing at lower edges. V. 1 has contrasting collar and embroidered applique above pocket. V. 2 has pockets and bias tape and lace edging trim. V. 3 has long raglan sleeves with elastic in casing at lower edges and rick-rack trim. Ribbon or tape drawstring at neck edge ties in back.
