MISSES’ AND WOMEN’S DRESS: The neat, round yoke, which may be collarless or finished with a trim little collar, is cut in one with the fronts and bottoms to the waistline. The skirt is smartly pleated in front and joins the bodice at the natural waistline under a self fabric or purchased belt. Make the sleeves short, three quarter length and fastened with links, or long and gathered in wrist bonds.
